1. Standard Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be completely unused, unmarked, in its original pristine packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Ink and Toner Cartridges
Due to the sensitive nature of printing supplies, opened, unsealed, or installed ink and toner cartridges cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please double-check your printer model before breaking the seal on any cartridge. Returns are only accepted for cartridges if they are proven to have a factory defect upon immediate inspection.
3. Defective Printers and Hardware
All hardware issues are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. If your newly purchased printer is 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) or exhibits an out-of-the-box hardware failure, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will facilitate a diagnosis and, if confirmed defective, arrange for a swift replacement or refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (such as M-Pesa) within 3-5 business days. Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.
